The service
Dittoshot generates images of fictional people from text descriptions using third-party AI models. Results vary, and we don't guarantee that any image meets a particular standard.
Acceptable use
- Describe fictional people only. Don't describe, name or try to recreate a real, identifiable person.
- No sexual content, no content depicting minors in any suggestive context, no violence or hate.
- Don't use images to deceive: impersonation, fraud, fake reviews or fake evidence.
- If you publish images of a persona, disclose that it is AI-generated where the platform or law requires it.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and forfeit their tokens.
Tokens and payment
- Tokens are bought in packs through Stripe. They have no cash value and don't expire while your account exists.
- A generation is charged when it starts. If it fails, its tokens are returned automatically.
- You can ask for a refund of an unused pack within 14 days of purchase by writing to hello@dittoshot.app. Packs from which tokens were spent are not refundable.
- Deleting your account forfeits any remaining tokens.
Your images
You own the descriptions you write and, to the extent the law allows, the images generated for you. You are responsible for how you use them. We don't use your images for marketing without your permission.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We'll email you about material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect.
